There is an administration charge for adding or changing a customer name on the mortgage of £65 payable to Swaythling Housing.

As the Qualifying Applicant, your loan remains valid for only as long you retain an interest in the property. If for example you were to divorce or separate, if you no longer retain an interest in the property, then the equity loan charging structure would then take effect (click here for further details).
