Changes to Stamp Duty

As of 25 March 2012 the Government is removing the incentive for first time buyers, and 1% Stamp Duty will be payable on all properties over £125,000 and up to £250,000. To avoid this change in Stamp Duty, all AFHOS clients currently purchasing a property will need to complete by 24 March 2012.
