AFHOS Funding for 2013/2014

AFHOS funding for 2013/2014 will shortly be released and we have contacted applicants who had already started to progress during 2012/2013. All other applicants will be contacted via email and post in strict date order of application after April 2013.

Funding for the final year of this Pilot scheme is limited and we cannot guarantee funding for all applicants. However, other Help to Buy options are available, details of these schemes can be found at www.helptobuy.org.uk.

Please note that you should not be putting an offer in on a property until you have spoken to an IFA and had your financial assessment done, you have been interviewed by Swaythling, and subsequently approved onto the Scheme. Approval onto the Scheme cannot be guaranteed but is subject to your financial assessment being in order and sufficient funds available for your deposit, stamp duty and other fees.
