Re-mortgaging

Remortgaging is allowable, but will incur an administration charge payable to the Scheme Agent. You should be aware that you cannot increase the amount of your mortgage without our consent.

Fees payable:

Consent to re-mortgage - £65
Mortgage fees (application, valuation, legal fees, etc)
